Rates
Given that per-click advertising is subject to fraud, dvatp.com does not maintain per-click statistics. Instead, we simply charge each campaign a reasonable amount on a monthly basis and modify the associated link to include a reference variable of your choice that can be used by your site's adminstrators to track referrals.
Our rates are as follows:
- Text-only ads are $5 per link per month. If your link appears twice anywhere in the site content, the cost is $10 per month.
- Image-based ads are $10 per page per month. If your image is displayed by any two pages in the content, the cost is $20 per month.
- Site Sponsorships that offer site-wide recognition are available starting at $50/month.
All image-based ads are served along with the picture-intensive content from the same server with no uniquely identifiable characteristics (such as a URI containing text like "ads"), which reduces the effectiveness of ad-blocking software. This means your campaign will receive the maximum exposure possible.
Restrictions
In order to preserve the quality of the browsing experience for our readers and preserve the site's standards compliance, we do not accept campaigns based on Adobe Flash, Javascript, rapidly flashing or rotating images, or other potentially annoying or distracting advertising techniques. Ads must be tasteful and relevant to some portion of the site's audience to be considered for publication.
All advertising fees are payable by check and will begin the day on which the funds clear our bank. Campaigns will be terminated at the conclusion of the current pay period unless payment for the following period has cleared our bank prior to this date.
