Tennessee Build - Good Progress

2025 presented many challenges to my TN build project, but I made a critical decision late in the year to fix what was wrong, and now good progress is being made. The plans are essentially complete, with many small but significant changes made since the last update that are a result of an initial engineering review. Rural1st's 50% rule appears to be satisfied and underwriting should begin shortly. Check out the full details in the latest TN build update.
