After what I estimate to be thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars spent obtaining the land, false starts dealing with incompetant and/or greedy architects, writing countless pages of engineering documents, researching building science techniques, site visits, and countless meetings with everyone from general contractors to bankers, this project has seen its share of challenges.
